How InfluencerYaps runs a TikTok campaign (no demo call)

How InfluencerYaps works: search creators free, score any TikTok handle free, then send a brief and a person shortlists creators by hand. No demo call.

InfluencerYaps (influenceryaps.com) is a TikTok and Instagram creator-data platform and influencer marketing agency: free creator database and scoring, plus managed campaigns. This page is how it actually works, step by step, including the parts that aren't built yet. If you're comparing agencies in general, the influencer marketing agency guide is the neutral version.

Why no demo call?

Most agencies put a call between you and any information. You book a slot, sit through a deck, and find out the price and the creator list later. We think the creator data should come first and the call should be optional. You can judge our picks against the same numbers we used before you spend anything.

So the order is: free data, free scoring, then a brief. A call is there if you want one. It's never the gate.

Step 1: Search the free creator database

The database covers TikTok and Instagram creators. You filter by platform, niche, country, follower count and engagement rate.

  • 200 rows free, no signup. No card, no email.
  • A free account raises the row limit after that.
  • Not in the free tier: creator emails and CSV export. Audience filters (city, age, gender) are locked too.

The point of this step is to see who exists in your niche before anyone pitches you. If you already have names, skip to step 2.

What the data can't show: audience demographics come from the creator's own analytics, which aren't public. A database row tells you reach and engagement, not who is watching. Ask the creator for that. Our TikTok creator vetting guide covers how.

Step 2: Score any TikTok creator free

Paste a TikTok handle into the analyzer and you get a score out of 100, a verdict and the numbers behind it. Three scans a day are free without an account, and a free account gives you more.

The score adds up five parts. Each part is capped, and the receipt shows every line.

PartPointsWhat earns full marks
Engagement35Engagement rate at 1.5x the benchmark for the creator's follower tier
Virality251 in 5 analysed videos at over 5x the account's median views
Reach20Recent average views at 20% or more of followers
Consistency10A steady posting schedule
Health10Low shadow-ban risk. Medium gets 5, high gets 0

The verdict follows the total: 70 and up is proceed, 40 to 69 is caution, under 40 is avoid.

Be clear on one thing: the engagement benchmarks are starting values, and the report labels them estimated. They sit at the rough middle of public 2025 TikTok benchmarks per follower, which disagree with each other by about 2x. They get replaced by medians from our own creator data once the full dataset is loaded. The full breakdown is in the TikTok creator score, explained.

Beyond the score, the report shows average views, likes, comments, shares and saves, engagement per view and per follower, top videos, posting times and hashtags. Why we show both engagement formulas is covered in engagement rate vs views.

Step 3: Send a brief, get a shortlist picked by a person

When you'd rather not dig through rows yourself, you send a brief. You sign in with an email code, fill in a short brand profile, then answer three steps:

StepWhat we askWhy it matters
1. Brand and productWhat you're promoting, what it costs, where people buy itPrice and checkout decide which audiences can convert
2. Goal and budgetSales, awareness, a launch or content for ads. Budget from under $1K to $20K+Budget sets the creator tier. Goal sets how we read the numbers
3. Competitor and nicheOne competitor brand or handle, and the creator niche you wantA competitor shows us who already reaches your buyers

That's the whole brief. Every brief pings the team, a person reads it, and you get a shortlist by email. The brief page says within 24 hours. Every name on it is picked by hand, not by an auto-match. A good agency brief gets a better shortlist, from us or anyone.

What isn't built yet

Being straight about this saves everyone a call:

  • Outreach and booking. Having us contact the shortlisted creators and book them for you is coming soon. The brief page shows it with a waitlist and a planned price of $99 for 10 creators. Until it ships, you can book a call and we'll do it by hand.
  • Paid plans. Creator emails, CSV export and higher limits ship with paid plans. They aren't live.
  • Our own benchmarks. The creator database is still being loaded, so the score uses starting benchmarks, labelled as estimates.

What we won't do

  • Guarantee views or sales. Nobody can, and an agency that does is guessing.
  • Quote fake followers as fact. From outside an account, fake followers can only be estimated from patterns.
  • Publish private creator data. Everything in the database and the analyzer comes from public profiles. Creators can ask to be removed from the database, and removals are done within 7 days.

If that's the kind of agency you want, send a brief. Product, budget, a competitor, the niche. A person takes it from there.
