A free list of US fitness creators on TikTok, pulled live from our database. Plus how to shortlist, vet, price and brief fitness influencers on TikTok.

Fitness on TikTok runs on proof: workout demos, form checks, what-I-eat-in-a-day videos, progress updates. That's useful for brands, because you can see whether a creator's audience trusts their advice before you pay them.

It's also a niche where bad claims spread fast. Miracle supplements, unrealistic transformations, and "lose 10 pounds in a week" captions. The wrong creator can get your brand into trouble.

This post gives you a free starting list of US fitness creators on TikTok, then the playbook for turning it into a shortlist. The full method behind it is in how to find TikTok influencers.

Who are the top fitness influencers on TikTok in the US?

Here's the current list from our database: fitness creators on TikTok, based in the US, biggest first. In our data, fitness also covers health and wellness.

Treat it as a starting point. Followers make a list easy to scan, but they don't predict sales. Big accounts cost more, and the best fit for your product may sit further down.

Every row carries the date its numbers were last updated. Stale data is how brands end up paying for an audience that has moved on.

How to find fitness creators on TikTok

The list is a start. To go wider:

  • Search like a customer. Your product type plus "review", "worth it" or "honest". "Pre-workout review" or "home gym setup" beats "fitness influencer".
  • Search by training style. Running, lifting, Pilates, yoga, calisthenics and mobility each have their own creators and their own buyers.
  • Look at who your competitors pay. Posts marked as a paid partnership show who has done sponsored work in your category.
  • Read the comments under big creators. Smaller fitness creators comment there, and their profiles are a tap away.
  • Search your own brand name. Creators who already bought and trained with your product are the easiest yes.

For smaller accounts, filter to 10K to 100K followers and sort by engagement, or see our top micro-influencers on TikTok. We built the same kind of list for US beauty creators on TikTok.

What makes a good fitness creator for a brand deal?

Followers come last. Look for:

  • A match with your buyer. A powerlifting audience and a postpartum fitness audience want very different products.
  • A format that shows the product in use. Workouts, gym bag check-ins and meal prep put it on screen. Skits show less of it.
  • Credibility without overclaiming. Certified trainers and coaches are a plus. Creators who promise fast results are a risk.
  • Steady views. A consistent median beats one viral hit.
  • Clean disclosure habits. Past sponsored posts marked as ads. In the US the FTC can hold the brand responsible too.

How to vet a fitness influencer before you pay

Run the standard checks first: median views on the last 12 posts, engagement measured one way, posting frequency and signs of bought followers. How to vet a TikTok creator walks through each.

Then the fitness-specific checks:

  • Look at their transformation content. Same light, same angle, same time of day? Or does the "after" do more work than the training?
  • Read their past supplement posts. Health claims need evidence. The FTC's Health Products Compliance Guidance explains that health claims, including ones made by endorsers, need competent and reliable scientific evidence.
  • Check the comments. Do followers ask for programs and form tips, or just react to physiques?
  • Ask for audience analytics. A screen recording of countries, age and gender. If you only ship to the US, US viewers are the ones that count.

When you've got the profile you want, filter US fitness creators by followers and engagement to widen the list beyond the top ten.

How much do TikTok fitness influencers charge?

There's no honest single number. What sets the price: median views, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and timing. Fitness creators often sell programs or have their own supplement deals, so exclusivity can cost more here than in other niches.

Ask for a rate card, then divide the fee by median views and multiply by 1,000 to get a cost per 1,000 views you can compare across creators. If you plan to run the video as an ad, price the ad rights as a separate line.

How to brief a fitness creator on TikTok

Keep it short and true:

  • Product facts. What it is, who it's for, price, where to buy.
  • Claims you can make. Only what you can back up. No weight-loss numbers or disease claims unless you have the evidence.
  • Safety. Ask creators to show good form and to say when a move isn't for beginners.
  • Disclosure. Every post labelled as an ad, per the FTC's guide for influencers.
  • Their format, not yours. Don't script a trainer into your brand voice.
  • Logistics. Draft date, post date, usage rights, discount code and tracked link.

Public engagement can't show sales. The tracked link and code are how you find out which creators actually moved product.
